Quick approval and no surprise costs

I was convinced my whole system was dead. The tech came out and showed me the thermostat batteries were done. He still checked the unit and AHC only charged my service fee. Two stars because I felt silly, not them.

Wanted cosmetic scratches covered, that’s on me
